Rental Conditions & Terms
Vehicle Condition & Intended Use
All vehicles are handed over in clean, safe, and fully serviced condition and must be returned in the same condition, allowing for normal wear. The rental price is calculated based on the intended use of the vehicle: scooters for local transport, motorbikes for road use and touring on paved roads. Any use beyond the intended purpose is not permitted. Long-term rentals must be checked monthly either by returning the vehicle to us or by visiting an approved workshop for a basic safety inspection (brakes, tires, chain/belt, fluids). This is mandatory to ensure rider safety and vehicle reliability. Failure to return the vehicle in proper condition or to comply with the intended use may result in additional service or repair charges.Insurance Coverage (Thailand Standard)
Comprehensive insurance included for both: Third-party liability (unlimited), own damage up to vehicle value.- Covered: Accidents, theft (police report required), fire.
- Excess:
- Scooters: 5,000 THB per incident
- Motorbikes: 8,000 THB per incident
- Exclusions: DUI, no license, racing/off-road, >2 passengers.
- Upgrade: Zero excess +500 THB/day (scooters), +800 THB/day (motorbikes).
Accident Procedure (Thailand)
Immediate actions for both vehicles:- Stop safely, secure vehicle.
- Call police 191, file report at station (mandatory).
- Photos: damage, scene, other party details.
- Do not admit fault or sign without police.
- Notify us: +66 95 76 77 206.
Late Return Policy
Each rental period ends at the agreed return time. A 30-minute grace period is granted.- Up to 2 hours late: charged proportionally at the hourly rate (scooters: 100 THB/hour, motorbikes: 200 THB/hour).
- More than 2 hours late: charged as one full additional rental day.
- Overnight or next-day return: charged at double the daily rate.
Other Conditions
- Minimum age: 18 years. Valid motorcycle license required for both.
- Security deposit: As mentioned at the vehicle details. Refunded same day if no issues.
- Helmets provided (mandatory for both), no sub-rental allowed.
- Prohibited: off-road, racing, intoxicated driving for both vehicles.
